AGENCIES AND PROGRAMS
n The Rise collaborates
with many incredible agencies and programs in our community.
Our network includes over 50 other service providers. We
have close staff-to-staff relationships with many of these
partners, including:
- Shelter, Inc. — To provide the Midpoint Program
an intensive supportive housing pilot for 5 chronically
homeless women.
- Greater Boston Legal
Services — To provide a weekly
legal clinic in the Safe Haven.
- Center for New Words — To provide the weekly
writing group, Voices Together
- New England Eye Institute — To provide a monthly
eye clinic for women in the Safe Haven, including free
prescription glasses.
- Family Institute
of Cambridge — To provide
weekly mentoring and supervision to our Community Advocates.
- HomeStart — To help women access housing services
and support.
- YWCA Cambridge — To
provide temporary and permanent housing.
